Launched in 2012, the Activshare project aims to consolidate all Sonae's social responsibility and volunteer actions, covering all our employees. Support for the community, in an integrated and sustained manner, is part of Sonae's values and culture. The voluntary actions we develop aim to bring our people closer to the communities where we operate and, together with other organizations, to contribute to their improvement.
Within the scope of this program, we highlight the initiatives for nature conservation actions - where, for example, we support the revitalization of areas affected by forest fires in Portugal - as well as Junior Achievement Portugal - in which we aim to develop the essential skills for young people, such as citizenship and financial literacy, or education for entrepreneurship.
