ALL IN is a Sonae programme which aims at creating the conditions needed for the organization to understand the importance of Diversity & Inclusiveness in all its dimensions (gender, ethnicity, age, religion or social orientation). In this context, 2020 was marked by the launch of the "All In For Gender Equality" – initiative with the goal of creating awareness by understanding and debating the theme of equal rights and opportunities for men and women.
In parallel, Sonae, in association with Lean In.org, created the Sonae Lean In Circles, a mentoring initiative to promote the discussion of barriers, challenges and bias regarding gender, aiming at the development of women in the corporate world and society.
