    Bright Programme

A BRIGHTER MODEL FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY
    (overview)

A BRIGHTER MODEL FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Created in 2013, the Bright® Programme is an ongoing endeavor that targets to identify and imple-ment key energy efficiency actions at Sierra's assets and as a service for clients. It has already been responsible for a downsize of over 32,200 MWh in Sierra's operational energy consumption, as well as in other relevant performance indicators.

In 2022, Sierra launched Bright 2.0. A profound redesign of the programme to include cutting-edge technologies and expand capacities. The renewed edition has been extended and is implemented for most of Sierra's investment properties portfolio, including specialized audits and performance monitor-ing initiatives, with updated technical standards based on the Best Available Technologies.

By the end of 2023, 31 measures were implemented, rendering 3% of energy potential savings vs the 2019 baseline, out of the total 33% energy potential savings identified in 150 measures. This equates to €902k in consumption savings implemented vs a total of €6.5m of all measures or 44.5 GWh.
