"ERT I&D Toolkit" is a compendium launched by the ERT I&D taskforce with the goal of promoting Inclusiveness and Diversity in organization. It gathers best practices examples in 20 of the biggest european companies of several sectors. Among these are two initiatives implemented by Sonae Group's companies: MC's "Reverse Mentoring", which benchmarks the advantages of group work and the exchanging of experiences among colleagues of different generations; and also "Sonae Arauco Knowledge Academy", that benefits from senior colleagues' experience who, prior to retirement, have the opportunity to share their knowledge and expertise with colleagues at different stages of their careers through an innovative experience on education.
