Somos Sonae was created back in 2013 to support our colleagues and their families at their most vulnerable times. Ensuring the privacy of our people and their families, the processes are carried out by a specialized and multidisciplinary team from the Portuguese Red Cross, mobilized to analyse any requests and, after an initial assessment, design and implement a support plan.
